My name is Sofia Duarte, the founder and designer behind Sofia Duarte Jewellery. My journey into the world of jewellery began with a simple passion for creativity and a love for beautiful and shiny things. Over the years, this passion evolved into a dedicated craft, leading to the creation of unique, handcrafted jewellery pieces that blend elegance, quality, and style.
Growing up, I always liked to make things and had a keen interest in arts and crafts. It was always just something I did as a hobby. However, after going to university, I lost touch with my creative side. After graduating and entering the corporate world, I realised I was missing the joy and fulfilment that creativity brought me. Seeking to reconnect with my passion, I decided to explore the art of jewellery making. What began as a hobby, creating custom pieces for myself, friends and family, soon evolved into a full-fledged small business.
